Lesson 4 (Leadership)
Leadership is the ability to help others through example and teaching. Leadership is not always connected to rank or titles of positions. When we help others and serve others we are fleshing out leadership. As a black belt the goal is to help and teach others. As a high rank we should consider joining leadership to learn how to dimistracte and become a black belt leader.
