Forced Arm Bar with Elbow

Forced Arm Bar with w/elbow is from the mount position. The detail on this submission is to use your elbow to leverage your hip to isolate the arm that you will be attacking. Make sure you drive your knee up to your opponents head as your isolate the arm with your hip. If you are attacking their right arm this will be your left knee that moves to their head. In this case flip your right foot under their shoulder and lean toward their legs to flip your left leg over their head. Traditional finish after this point.
